Gaard Swanson is the founder and owner of On Gaard Productions. Gaard has been a writer, producer and anchor for more than 20 years, for both national and local television networks. Gaard has been a sports anchor for the Fox Sports Network and NBC’s Seattle affiliate, KING-TV. He is currently the sports director and anchor for CBS’s Seattle affiliate, KIRO-TV. In addition, Gaard has covered and hosted Super Bowls, pennant races, PGA tournaments and KSTW’s Seattle Mariner’s pre-game Bullpen Show.
Gaard also produced and hosted game shows like Tulalip Casino Night and All Star Poker. Locally, he is the host for KIRO-TV’s Seattle Stars and the producer and host for On Gaard Productions’ new series Hip Hoods, airing on KSTW-TV. Nationally, he is the host for the Home and Garden Networks series Generation Renovation as well as well as a number HGTV’s special programs, including Pet Pads, Cool Patios & Hot Barbeques and car and gifts shows.
Gaard oversees and directs every On Gaard production. Along with other experienced television talent, Gaard hosts a number of the shows that On Gaard produces.
